Maintenance programs
Jr Cabin Repair offers customers a custom tailored maintenance program once the house has been stained. Don't believe anyone who says log homes are maintenance free. Is anything maintenance free? If you are looking to have us look after the maintenance of your home, we will provide the following service contract:
- Provide annual inspections
- Add stain where needed, when needed
- Watch for problem areas, tend to areas more prone to water infiltration
- Wash home annually
